Thinking about the sustainable development goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN), today we search to produce products using sustainable processes, which are healthy for people and animals and do not harm the environment.
The principle of high pressure processes that employ green and sustainable solvents and that generate products free of toxic solvent residues will be presented.
In this context, some of our studies and collaboration with the institute of organic and analytical chemistry (ICOA) at the University of Orleans over the years will also be shown.
