The contributor brings specialized expertise in performing both in vivo and in vitro experimental models. This includes proficiency in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for quantifying proteins and other molecules in biological samples, facilitating the investigation of various cellular processes and mechanisms. Additionally, the collaborator will be involved in the wound scratch assay, a pivotal technique for assessing cell migration and wound healing capabilities in vitro, offering insights into tissue regeneration and cellular responses to treatments. Furthermore, the collaborator will perform the Western blot (WB) analysis which allows for the detection and quantification of specific proteins within complex mixtures, essential for understanding protein expression levels, modifications, and interactions in different experimental contexts. Additionally, the collaborator's authorization and experience in handling laboratory animals for specific procedures ensures ethical and precise execution of in vivo experiments.
