Collaborator role
The collaborator will perform antimicrobial activity assays using both the disc diffusion assay and the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the plant extracts. These methodologies are fundamental in identifying and characterizing the antimicrobial properties of optimized Epilobium extracts on different bacterial strains associated with skin problems, contributing significantly to the development of new topical formulations with antimicrobial properties.
