Rossitsa Terzieva-Artemis (ORCID 0000-0002-2997-3645) is full professor of Literature in the Department of Languages and Literature at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. She holds degrees in English literature, gender studies, and the human sciences from universities in Bulgaria, Hungary, and the USA. Prof. Terzieva-Artemis is specializing in the fields of modern and contemporary literatures, continental philosophy, and the human sciences. Besides numerous papers and chapters in books, she has published a monograph and edited a volume, as well as two special issues of the journal Studies in the Literary Imagination, two special issues of JNT: Journal of Narrative Theory, and an issue of Angelaki: Journal of the Theoretical Humanities. Currently, Prof. Terzieva-Artemis is working on the postmodern novel as a genre, the political novel in Europe, and the intersections between language, literature, and philosophy.
